Installation of Medical Equipments
Perform functional test of medical equipment and it’s accessories at customer site. Performing the Electrical Safety Test and necessary calibrations. Maintain proper records of Installation for future reference.
User Training
Provide training to end user in machine operation as per the operational standards established by the manufacturer. Also to make sure that the end user can operate the device properly.
Planned Preventive Maintenance
Includes co-ordination with Biomedical Engineering department and end users to perform the Preventive Maintenance as per the schedule. Work includes testing of equipment with test tools, necessary calibration & replacement of spare parts.
Corrective Maintenance
Troubleshooting of complaint, replacement of spare parts and proper maintenance of equipment according to the service manual.
Annual Maintenance Contract
We provide service support without spare parts and with spare parts (Comprehensive Maintenance Contract).Work includes Planned Preventive Maintenance, attending unlimited Corrective Maintenance calls & replacement of spare parts based on the complaint.
Provide service support on-call basis
Provide service support on-call basis after Warranty/Annual Maintenance Contract.
